Baba Homecare provides compassionate, quality house cleaning and homecare to neurodivergent, disabled, and diverse households across the Greater Triangle Area, including Durham, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh.
We are a group of disabled, neurodivergent, queer, trans, and BIPOC serving our communities. In an industry that normalizes the dehumanization of care workers, we believe in the inherent dignity of both the clients and those who support them.
We offer opportunities for independent contractors to accept residential cleaning engagements as Homecare Assistants. We welcome contractors who share our values of community, kindness, and respect. No prior cleaning experience is required—contractors who join our network receive information about our standards and expectations for providing quality care.
Flexible, part‑time opportunities. Set your own schedule.
