Baba Homecare provides compassionate, detail‑oriented house cleaning and homecare services tailored to the needs of neurodivergent, disabled, and diverse households across the Greater Triangle Area, including Durham, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh.
We are a group of disabled, neurodivergent, queer, trans, and BIPOC homemakers and caregivers who bring sensory‑aware and trauma‑informed approaches to cleaning and organizing. Our work is relational and people‑centered; we believe in the inherent dignity of both the clients and those who support them.
We offer opportunities for independent contractors to accept residential cleaning engagements as Homecare Assistants. We welcome contractors who share our values of community, kindness, and respect. No prior cleaning experience is required—contractors who join our network receive information about our standards and expectations for providing quality care.
