Caspian brings a lifetime of experience supporting disabled, neurodivergent, and chronically ill people, both personally and professionally. With a background in home healthcare and years of working alongside individuals with Autism, ADHD, and complex access needs, he understands how deeply our environments shape our energy, our stress levels, and our ability to rest.
Our approach centers on creating spaces that feel like sanctuary. Home should be a place where you can unmask, your nervous system can settle and where your space feels intuitive. Rest is built into the process, both as an end-goal and something we model and support during each session. It can be vulnerable to ask for help and have a stranger in your space. We lead without judgment or ego; our goal is to support with compassion and nonjudgment every step of the way.
